
BM2 Realty represented Block Capital Group in the deal to bring the eatery to town
Block Capital Group, the integrated real estate development firm led by father-son duo, Gustavo Miculitzki and Martin Miculitzki, leased 6,000 square feet to the Brooklyn originated restaurant Shelter Restaurant & Bar. The deal was brokered by BM2 Realty.
“We’re proud to bring another great tenant to the Wynwood area, steps away from the future train station,” says Gustavo Miculitzki, cofounder of Block Capital Group. “We believe Shelter Restaurant & Bar will bring great value to our city with its unique design and look.”
The restaurant will open 4,000 square feet at the very beginning but will use the other 2,000 square feet in the future for private rooms for events.

The restaurant is located at 10 NE 27th Street in Wynwood, same office spaces where the BCG is headquartered. The restaurant will be open to the public on Friday, March 26.
