Eagle’s Trace, the Erickson Senior Living-managed community, announced the hiring of Scott Marvin to its Sales and Marketing Department. Marvin will serve as a Sales Counselor, joining Jodie Schroeder in this senior sales position.
Marvin brings more than 18 years of home sales experience to Eagle’s Trace. As Sales Counselor, he will assist priority list members and prospective residents to select a residence of their choice, review financial considerations, and make a seamless move to the community. Marvin will also serve as a trusted expert for information about the senior living industry and the local real estate market in Houston.
“We are very excited that Scott has joined our talented team,” stated Pamela Burgeson, Director of Sales. “His strong customer service experience and familiarity with Houston will serve our reservists, priority list members, and prospects well. Scott understands our mission and commitment to helping residents live better, fulfilling lives.”
The demand for the unique services and amenities at Eagle’s Trace, including signature dining at a variety of restaurant venues and an on-site medical center staffed by full-time physicians, continues to flourish.
“It is an exciting time at Eagle’s Trace,” noted Burgeson. “Currently, our third neighborhood clubhouse and an additional independent living building are under construction as we continue to grow to meet the demand for the lifestyle, financial security, and social connections enjoyed by our residents.”
Marvin is a graduate of Texas Christian University. A third generation Houstonian, he and his fiancée, Debbie, are planning to marry in 2023.
