Lash & Goldberg Promotes Attorneys Jonathan Feuer and Emily Pincow to Partner

Lash & Goldberg LLP is pleased to announce that attorneys Jonathan E. Feuer and Emily L. Pincow have been named partners of the firm. Both attorneys have been promoted due to their outstanding litigation skills and client service.

Mr. Feuer’s practice includes the representation of corporate clients in all manner of business disputes, with a particular focus on complex commercial health care disputes. He joined the firm in 2018 as a Senior Associate.

Ms. Pincow’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, defending large domestic and international corporations in high-stakes actions in arbitration and federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels. She also defends corporate clients in class actions and multidistrict litigation. She joined the firm from Weil Gotshal & Manges in 2019 as a Senior Counsel.

Mr. Feuer has a broad range of complex commercial litigation experience representing corporate clients at every stage of the litigation process, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal. He has prosecuted and defended cases in federal and state courts across Florida and throughout the country. Mr. Feuer also represents clients in various arbitral fora, including the American Arbitration Association, the American Health Lawyers Association Dispute Resolution Service, and JAMS, among others.  Most recently, Mr. Feuer was part of a trial team that secured a complete defense award on behalf of a national health care system after a two-week final arbitration hearing, in which the claimant was seeking more than $10 million in damages from the firm’s client.

Mr. Feuer has been recognized by his peers by earning an “AV” peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.  He has also been named a Rising Star in Business Litigation by Super Lawyers every year since 2015, a recognition awarded to only 2.5% of all lawyers in Florida under the age of 40 or who have been practicing for less than ten years.

Mr. Feuer is involved in numerous bar associations and is a past Chair and member of a Florida Bar Grievance Committee for Miami-Dade County’s Eleventh Judicial Circuit.

Mr. Feuer received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Queens College and J.D. from University of Miami School of Law, where he received numerous academic awards during law school, was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review, and graduated magna cum laude.

Ms. Pincow has a wide range of experience in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court, including in mass torts and product liability cases.  Notably, Ms. Pincow has extensive trial experience, having assumed a principal role on multiple trial teams. Her trial experience includes obtaining three consecutive complete defense jury verdicts for a pharmaceutical conglomerate. She has litigated cases in a variety of industries involving claims under the False Claims Act, violations of consumer protection laws, and product defects and warranty claims. Most recently, Ms. Pincow has represented health care providers in a myriad of matters including copyright, trademark, breach of contract, and tortious interference disputes in federal court.  She has also played a primary role in litigating high-stakes health care arbitration disputes from commencement through final hearing.

Ms. Pincow has published extensively on a variety of topics ranging from class certification, product liability manufacturing and design defect issues, complex jurisdictional matters, and off-label promotion.  Ms. Pincow has completed extensive pro bono work, obtaining the New York State Bar Association’s President’s Pro Bono Service Award for representing a class of thousands of homeless individuals in a preliminary injunction hearing through appeal. Ms. Pincow serves as a Chair of the American Bar Association’s Mass Torts Litigation Subcommittee on MDL & Class Procedures.

Ms. Pincow is a member of the bar in Florida, New York, and New Jersey.  She received a B.S. in Psychology from Lehigh University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from New York Law School, where she was a John Marshall Harlan Scholar and served as the Associate Editor of the Law Review.
