Marcus W. Pinto, of Compass, has been named the 2022 Realtor®-Associate of the Year by both the Liberty Board and the New Jersey REALTORS® Association. This is the first time in Liberty Board history that one of its members has been named the New Jersey REALTORS Realtor®-Associate of the Year.
Marcus, of The Pinto Group, was the #3 Individual Agent of Downtown Jersey City in sales volume 2021 with $55.1M+ total volume per the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service. He has seen a steady increase in his business with $21.9 million total volume in 2020, followed by another successful year in 2021, with a $55.1 million total volume according to the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service.
Pinto says that a key to his success is staying authentically connected to communities above and beyond the actual transaction. “Communities are more than buildings and square footage. Neighborhoods are networks in which people bond, grow, and prosper, and I see giving back: volunteering, fundraising, and community work as means to participate in and strengthen communities.
