Donohoe Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the promotion of Jim Falcone to Executive Vice President of Property Management. Jim will continue to oversee Donohoe Commercial Real Estate’s rapidly expanding commercial property management portfolio, managing the building operations and tenant relations across a growing number of third-party sites, as well as Donohoe’s owned assets.
“Jim has been instrumental in growing our third-party property management business over the last few years. Jim’s client and tenant relationships, managerial skills, and attention to detail have resulted in improved operational performance for the properties we manage and the organization as a whole,” said Bert Donohoe, Managing Director.
At the close of 2022, Donohoe enhanced its third-party property management portfolio with the addition of several new institutional clients, including: George Washington University, Clarke Hook, Defenders of Wildlife, and Erickson Senior Living. Jim will oversee the development of client-specific plans and best practices for meeting owners’ investment objectives as Donohoe continues to expand this business line.
Jim has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has accumulated a diverse portfolio, including both Class A & B office spaces, as well as healthcare, industrial, retail, residential, and mixed-use properties.
