LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Former YETI Vice President of Business Development Vaughan Stanford joins the ByFusion team as Chief Revenue Officer to help drive commercial growth and keep pace with the increasing demand for innovative solutions that combat the plastic waste crisis and promote circularity.
Mr. Stanford joins the ByFusion team after two decades of experience successfully launching both enterprise solutions and consumer-facing products through the building of partnerships and innovative product development. As the founder of YETI Custom Shop, YETI’s only acquisition to date, Mr. Stanford was responsible for establishing and growing YETI’s customization and direct corporate sales business. Before that, Mr. Stanford was part of the founding team at Cisco Systems responsible for incubating, productizing, and launching Cisco’s Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS), which at the time of his departure, had grown into a $500M a year business. His ability to launch innovative products, deliver results, and desire to make an impact on the global plastic waste problem led him to join the ByFusion team.
“Vaughan has demonstrated his ability to launch new, innovative, out-of-the-box solutions and services to address a wide range of complex industry challenges,” said Heidi Kujawa, CEO of ByFusion. “His leadership, expertise, and values align with our mission. He will help us scale faster to meet the rising demand for our platform and products. We’re so thrilled to have him on the team.”
“The innovation and thought leadership that Heidi and team have brought to the global challenge of unrecyclable plastics is a total game changer,” said Mr. Stanford. “ByFusion’s ability to take plastics that traditionally would be discarded into a landfill or incinerated and turn them into structurally sound building materials is incredibly exciting. I truly am honored to be a part of such a forward-thinking organization.”
