Infinity Real Estate Advisors, LLC announces the recent sale of London Square Village Apartments located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The sale marks the third property sold in IREA’s second fund, Infinity RE Impact II, LLC.
Acquired in 2021, London Square Village is a 200-unit PBS8 apartment community with one, two, and three-bedroom income-based apartment homes with a community clubhouse that features a fitness center and computer business area. The property is located 15 minutes from downtown with nearby parks and public transportation.
“We purchased a property with poor occupancy, significant deferred maintenance, and very few amenities for the residents,” said Greg Jones, CIO of IREA. “Focusing on the interior units and amenities, we stabilized the property and transformed it into a versatile community for its residents.”
As of January 2023, IREA owns 43 multifamily properties, totaling over 5,000 units under management across 12 states.
