“Sean has done a very fine job since taking over the Office of Economic Development following the departure of Jeff Flynn last spring,” said Mayor Purzycki. “Sean has a strong background in policy and development and brings a diversity of experience to this role. I trust he will continue to build on the many achievements of the OED and attract new businesses and residents to the City.”
“I am grateful to the Mayor for this exciting opportunity and appreciate his confidence in my ability to lead this office,” said Park. “I’m proud once again to call Wilmington home and am eager to tackle the many challenges and opportunities ahead. This is an exciting time to be involved in economic development in Wilmington, with so many great projects coming to fruition and more on the horizon.”
