Canseco joins Optii with over fifteen years of experience in software engineering and digital technologies focused on digital product strategy, search-engine-optimization, front-end web development, enterprise level software development, application security, and engineering management. He notably spent over 10 years with United Airlines supporting its digital publishing operation on united.com. Having a passion for process improvement, efficiencies, and innovation, Quico saw an opportunity to return to software engineering, bringing his management skills experience with him to Optii.

Canseco will lead Optii’s software engineering team and efforts to further improve processes, accelerate innovation, and ultimately translate the product roadmap and vision into code that’s market-ready.
