Monday Properties, a dynamic real estate investment firm and industry-leading developer, today announced that Paul Vosper will be joining the company as Executive Vice President of Business Strategy. Mr. Vosper will lead Monday Properties’ capital strategy and manage investor relationships in conjunction with the firm’s growth trajectory. He will collaborate with key internal service line leaders and sit on Monday Properties’ Investment Committee to effectively advise on real estate strategies for the company’s current portfolio and planned investments.
“This is an exciting time for Monday Properties and we are delighted to welcome Paul to our team. As a proven leader in market expansion and a premium provider of innovative products, Paul has a reputation for creativity and strategic thinking, as well as deep understanding of sustainability, finance, and real estate,” said Anthony Westreich, Founding and Managing Partner at Monday Properties. “As Monday Properties continues to lead with innovative solutions for our tenants and partners, we’ll continue to invest in leadership that aligns with our overarching strategic vision.”
As a distinguished executive with almost 30 years of industry experience, Mr. Vosper has a deep understanding of macro investment environments, real estate, finance, clean energy — specifically electric vehicle infrastructure — smart city initiatives, and sustainability. He has a proven track record of scaling businesses globally and has held numerous leadership and senior executive positions in the finance and real estate industries. Prior to joining Monday Properties, Paul co-led the acquisition of JuiceBar in 2018, and as CEO, guided the company’s growth and expansion to its current market leadership position. Vosper also served as Co-Head and COO at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners Real Estate and held various leadership positions at Alliance Bernstein, RREEF, and PIMCO.
“Monday Properties is highly regarded for its best-in-class assets across the eastern seaboard,” said Vosper. “I am thrilled to join the team as we continue to push forward to find opportunities for unique and rewarding capital and investor strategies that bolster the firm’s impressive portfolio.”
Mr. Vosper joins Monday Properties shortly after several announcements, including the acquisition of Park Plaza I & II, a Class A office complex in Maryland; the groundbreaking of the Willow, a multifamily development in North Charleston; and the delivery of the Blake, Monday Properties’ latest multifamily development in Northern Virginia.
