Kettler Real Estate Acquisitions, LLC purchased the following acreage assemblage:
- 22 acres of land at 12700-12900 Hull Street Road for$6,260,000 from The Cheatham Family Limited Partnership
- 3 acresat 4211-4221 Old Hundred Road from Sheppard W. & Margie C. Smith for $1,030,000
- 01 acres of land at 4225-4231 Old Hundred Road from Henry U. Coalter for $770,000
Kettler will be developing Cloverleigh, a multi-phased, mixed-use development to include single family, townhomes, and a hoteland restaurant. The development willalso include offsite improvements to the Old Hundred Road and Hull Steet Road intersection.
