Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) named Regional Operations Manager Kat Jubuisson the Regional Employee of the Year for the Southeast region during the company’s annual awards event, which recognizes employees for outstanding performance.

Jubuisson joined Transwestern in 2015 as Office manager and was promoted in 2019 to Regional Operations Manager. In this role, she drives team performance through efficient operational management and day-to-day oversight of Transwestern’s East region. She also facilitates all onboarding activities across the Southeast, implementing best practices, maintaining accuracy and delivering a high level of personalized support.
A talented event planner and client relations specialist, Jubuisson manages company and client events, including serving as the program leader for Transwestern’s partnership with Make-A-Wish®Southern Florida, Inc. She also leads the company’s DEI efforts in South Florida.
