Dealership receives top Honda honor for 15th consecutive year

Rick Case Honda was presented with Honda’s top honor, the President’s Award, marking the 15th consecutive year the dealership has won this prestigious award and the only top volume Honda dealer in the entire country to receive this honor for 15 years in a row.
Rick Case Automotive Group President and CEO Rita Case accepted the award from American Honda Motor Co., Inc. Vice Presidents Mamadou Diallo and Lance Woelfer, who were accompanied by 14 other Honda executives for the presentation. More than 400 Rick Case associates also joined the celebration at the dealership.

The annual President’s Award honors a dealer who has outstanding customer service, achieves sales and service volume objectives, and maintains overall excellent business operations. The award reflects results and achievements for the year 2022. President’s “Elite” Award, which Rick Case Honda is also a recipient, is reserved for only the top 10 volume dealers in the U.S.

“I am so proud of our Honda team, to once again earn the President’s Elite Award,” Case said. “We are so honored to have the senior Honda executives from California and Atlanta here to join our associates to show their appreciation for our record performance.”
Rick Case Honda is the most awarded Honda dealer in America, having won every award including the Council of Excellence Honda Finance Award 12 times, Master Circle and the President’s Award a record 15 times in a row.
“I have a long history with the Honda brand that dates all the way back to my childhood in Northern California when my parents began selling Honda motorcycles in 1959 at their foreign car repair shop,” Case said. “In 1970, we became the very first Honda car dealer in the entire country! When I moved to Ohio after marrying my late husband Rick Case, we owned Honda motorcycle and auto dealerships there. I am very proud of our long-standing relationship with the Honda brand and thank them for their excellent products. They can count on coming back next year for our 16th President’s Award celebration.”
Rick Case Honda has sold 114,155 new Hondas since opening in 2002. It holds the record for the most new Hondas sold in one month, which is 1,222 vehicles.
