Fisher Phillips Welcomes Employee Defection and Trade Secrets Associate, Heather McFeeley, in Philadelphia

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Heather McFeeley has joined the firm as an associate in the Philadelphia office.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Heather practiced at a national litigation firm, where she defended against lawsuits and pre-litigation matters involving employment discrimination, premises liability, and construction defect claims. At Fisher Phillips, Heather will represent employers in a range of workplace-related issues and disputes including claims involving trade secrets, non-compete and other restrictive covenant agreements.  She will also continue to represent employers in labor and employment matters, including discrimination, pay disputes, and other workplace issues.

Heather earned her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she served on the executive board as the Internal Managing Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. She was awarded the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law Silver Superior Editor Award for her overall performance in the staff substantive editing process. Heather was also the recipient of the Russell R. Levin Memorial Award for her dedication and contribution to the Journal and the Herman V. Belk Memorial Award in recognition of her demonstrated excellence in legal writing. Before attending law school, Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University.

Heather is the 20thattorney to join Fisher Phillips since the firm moved its office to Two Logan Square in Center City in 2020.
