Jessica Burns returns as an Of Counsel attorney in the Orlando office of WWHGD. She focuses her practice in commercial and construction litigation, real estate transactions and insurance coverage. Jessica’s legal expertise is bolstered by over a decade of management in the C-suite of an Orlando-based construction company.
Melissa Peeler returns as an Of Counsel attorney in the Atlanta office of WWHGD. Melissa has over 23 years of experience in civil litigation work and specializes in medical malpractice, products liability, catastrophic injury, premises liability and negligent security.
Amber Tuggle returns as a Partner in the Atlanta office of WWHGD. Her practice focuses primarily on construction and commercial litigation, contracts, transportation, and product liability. She represents designer professionals, general contractors and subcontractors and has litigated and resolved complex cases in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, West Virginia, Texas, South Carolina, Missouri, Nevada, and Oregon.
