Marcus & Millichap / IPA Multifamily Forum: Southeast: Todd Watkins will participate in the Multifamily Operators Roundtable on March 23 in Atlanta. The conference is designed for property owners, investors, and developers. This off-the-record candid discussion with senior level multifamily operations executives will touch upon today’s roadblocks in the real estate capital markets due to increased interest rates, the impact of a possible recession, and major forces impacting the industry. Siegel has 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry and expertise in strategy, acquisitions, and financing while Watkins has 25 years of experience specializing in the law, compliance, and deal structuring aspect of the multifamily industry. Both previously were founding partners of J.S. Watkins Partners, an advisory firm that has advised clients on over $25 billion of multifamily transactions, and held senior level positions within Fannie Mae.
