· 100-GRT Captains
· 200-GRT / 500-GT Captains
· Engineers (DDE 1000, DDE 4000 or DDE Unlimited)
· QMEDs
· Able Bodied Seamen (ABs)
· Ordinary Seamen (OSs) with STCW
