About Coleen Middleton
Middleton concentrates her practice on litigation and investigations, working with clients on litigation involving personal injury, real estate, appellate and commercial matters. Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, she served as in-house general counsel for a global PPE distributor and a durable medical equipment company, providing strategic advice to corporate leadership on Medicare and other healthcare regulatory matters. Middleton has also served as general counsel for corporate and healthcare industry clients and as a litigation consultant for law firms across the country.
Additionally, Middleton has experience representing companies in investigations and white-collar criminal matters. She has worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in New Jersey. She also served in the public corruption unit of the New York City Department of Investigation as a First Associate Commissioner.
Middleton earned her J.D. from the New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Princeton University. After law school, she served as a judicial law clerk for United States District Judge Rebecca Beach Smith in the Eastern District of Virginia.
