Five UBS Advisor Teams From Mount Laurel Named To The Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Management Teams List

UBS Wealth Management USA announced today that five advisor teams from the firm’s Mount Laurel, New Jersey office have been named to the Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Management Teams list for 2023. The Forbes rating is compiled by SHOOK Research and awarded annually in January, based on information from a 12 month period ending in March of the prior year. Eligibility is based on quantitative factors and is not necessarily related to the quality of the investment advice.

The Fendrick Group placed fourth in South Jersey, while the Gendelman McGinley Group placed 13th, Pinnacle Wealth Partners ranked 33rd, Atlantic Legacy Group placed 36th and Banks Ziegler Carter Group ranked 37th in South Jersey, respectively.

The Fendrick Group
The Fendrick Group is led by Financial Advisors Mark Fendrick, Jamison Licausi and David Ostrum.

Mark Fendrick is a Certified Financial Planner™ and Senior Portfolio Manager who joined UBS in 2008. Over his 39 year career, in recognition of his success and leadership within the industry, Mark has achieved top Advisor recognition from publications such as Forbes, Barron’s and the Financial Times. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration with concentration in Investment Management from Drexel University. Mark is a leader within his local community as well, having served in various leadership roles with nonprofits and charitable organizations in the South Jersey area.

Jamison Licausi has been helping clients for nearly two decades. Jamison, a Certified Financial Planner™, started his career with a municipal bond firm in Northern New Jersey. He transferred in 2007 to the Cherry Hill branch to join The Fendrick Group, and moved to UBS with the team in 2008.

David Ostrum, a Certified Financial Planner™, joined the Fendrick Group in 2014. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. He did his training in London, England, specializing in foreign exchange and international equity, and later became a finance manager supporting equity trading desks.

Gendelman McGinley Group
The Gendelman McGinley Group is led by Financial Advisors Richard Gendelman and Christine McGinley, and supported by Executive Director Buddy Buzzerd.

Richard Gendelman has been in practice for more than 35 years, and he focuses on providing clients with a comprehensive and integrated perspective in the areas of investment management, retirement planning, private wealth transfer, legacy planning, charitable strategies, and liability planning. Rich periodically travels to Washington, D.C. to meet with members of Congress to discuss issues important to investors.

With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Christine McGinley devotes much of her time to the unique needs of corporate executives. She also assists the team’s corporate clients in assessing strategies for retirement planning needs and various employee incentive programs.

Buddy Buzzerd joined UBS in 2008 in Hunt Valley, MD, and has served in Southern New Jersey since 2011. He has a Certified Financial Planner™ designation, Series 3, 7, 8, 31 and 66 securities licenses, and New Jersey Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Pinnacle Wealth Partners is led by Financial Advisors Douglas Pires and Steven Goldman.

Lynn Fryckberg is a seasoned professional with over 39 years of experience. She was one of the original “pioneers” for women in the traditionally male-oriented fields of financial and investment planning. Her passion for working with clients has positioned her to now represent the fourth generation of investors in many of the families Lynn works with today. Lulu Zappy has been in the industry for over a decade. Banks Ziegler Carter Group
The Banks Ziegler Carter Group is led by Financial Advisors William Banks, Janet Ziegler, Sean Carter and supported by Financial Advisor Rory Banks.

William Banks has over 42 years of experience in the financial services industry. Bill obtained his Certified Financial Planner™ certification in 1986. He employs technical as well as fundamental research in his disciplined investment strategy. Janet Ziegler has obtained her Certified Financial Planner™ and her Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ certifications.
