South Shore Chamber of Commerce and New England Real Estate Journal Name Speakers for 6th Annual South of Boston Summit

The South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the New England Real Estate Journal have announced the speakers for the 6th annual South of Boston Summit at the newly opened Showcase Cinemas at Hanover Crossing on April 11, 2023.

Stephen J. Woerner, President of National Grid New England has been named as Keynote Speaker. Program Speakers include Mark Flaherty, President of AW Perry; Dave Ellis, Managing Partner Ellis Realty Advisors; Courtney Bjorgaard of South Shore Chamber and South Shore Economic Development Corporation; Tyler Hilson, Vice President Perry CRE; Lisa Berardinelli, Tenant Coordinator for Hanover Crossing; Ed Callahan, General Manager of Hanover Crossing; and Michael Ruh, Director of Acquisitions for FoxRock Properties.

The event will be held from 8 am to 11:30 am on Tuesday April 11th at one of the region’s most notable developments in the South Shore, Showcase Cinemas at Hanover Crossing. The Summit will provide an insider rundown on development throughout the South Shore. The event features notable speakers and experts on topics like energy, housing, water and transportation infrastructure, the incoming administration’s early thinking about economic development and how that impacts the suburbs, how developers are thinking about place making and mixed-use projects in a post-COVID world and more.
