Journeys, Bond Vet, Perfumania, Haagen Daz and Crumbl Cookies All Set to Join
Urban Edge Properties (NYSE:UE) has announced a strong line-up of new and expanding tenants coming to Bergen Town Center, including beauty, retail and dining experiences. Additionally, J.Crew’s two concepts, J.Crew and J.Crew Men’s, will be moving within the center to a combined flagship space.
“These new additions validate our belief that BTC is the best-in-class retail destination in northern New Jersey,” said Jeff Mooallem, EVP and COO for Urban Edge. “Positioned in between two of the busiest Whole Foods and Target stores in the state, our new retailers will provide fresh concepts and in-demand products for our loyal customers and for new visitors.” The new leases being announced are:
Journeys (1,978 SF), A teen specialty retail leader with an emphasis on trendy and affordable branded footwear, apparel, and accessories.
Bond Vet (3,207 SF), A full-service veterinary clinic, offering urgent care, routine care, , surgeries, dental cleanings, and international health certificates.
Perfumania (1,277 SF), One of America’s largest fragrance retailers, Perfumania specializes in the sale of genuine designer fragrances and related gifts and accessories for men, women and children.
Crumbl Cookies (2,138 SF), One of the fastest growing dessert concepts in the country, Crumbl Cookies focuses on developing unique and delicious cookies inspired by a weekly rotating menu and popular flavors for desserts of all kinds.
Haagen Daz (953 SF), By transforming the finest ingredients into rich and indulgent ice cream, Haagen Daz serves a wide variety of ice cream bars, ice cream cakes, sorbet, frozen yogurt, and gelato.
J.Crew, currently occupying two separate stores, will combine the men’s and adult stores into one larger 6,247 SF concept destination across from the Nike Factory Store.
