HOUSTON, April 10, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Itafos Inc. (TSX-V: IFOS) announced that Evgenij Iorich has stepped down as member of the Company’s Board of Directors effective as of April [6], 2023. Mr. Iorich served as a director of the Company since July 11, 2017. “On behalf of the Company, and the Board of Directors, I would like to thank Mr. Iorich for his service and contributions,” said Tony Cina, Chairman.

- Araxá – a vertically integrated rare earth elements and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
In addition to the businesses and projects described above, the Company also owns Mantaro (Junin, Peru), a phosphate mine project that is in the process of being wound down.
