The Seagate Country Club has recently appointed Sonny Grosso to lead its country club operations team.
As the Director of Club Operations of The Seagate Country Club, located in Delray Beach, his day-to-day responsibilities include managing and overseeing all facility operations, including services, activities, and relationships between the Country Club and its members.
Currently, he serves on the South Florida PGA section board and is the Secretary for the SE Chapter board.
Mr. Grosso graduated from Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Golf Management and holds a Class A PGA of America membership.
Previously, he served as the Director of Golf Operations at The Seagate Country Club and has held similar positions at Lost Tree Club in North Palm Beach, The Country Club at Mirasol in Palm Beach Gardens, and Rock Ridge Country Club in Newton, Connecticut.
He also holds numerous teaching certifications, including FlightScope, BodiTrak, Trackman, K-Motion, and TPI Level 1 and Golf Level 2.
In his free time, he competes regularly in club pro events and is passionate about playing and teaching the game to the next generation of young golfers.
