Colliers is pleased to announce that MODEC International, Inc. and SOFEC has signed a long-term U.S. headquarter lease for 116,161 square feet of space in the West Memorial Place l building at 15375 Memorial Drive in Houston, Texas. The landlord was represented by Johnny Knight, Stewart Smith and Aaron Ander of Fuller Realty. MODEC and SOFEC was represented by David Carter and Jay Kyle of Colliers.

MODEC, is a global supplier and operator of offshore floating systems, and SOFEC (majority owned by MODEC), an advanced supplier of mooring and fluid transfer systems for offshore energy companies.
