MODEC International and SOFEC Signs 116,161 Square Foot U.S. Headquarter Lease at West Memorial Place I

Colliers is pleased to announce that MODEC International, Inc. and SOFEC has signed a long-term U.S. headquarter lease for 116,161 square feet of space in the West Memorial Place l building at 15375 Memorial Drive in Houston, Texas. The landlord was represented by Johnny Knight, Stewart Smith and Aaron Ander of Fuller Realty. MODEC and SOFEC was represented by David Carter and Jay Kyle of Colliers.
