Ann Storck Center to Host 37th Annual Volleyball Challenge on June 10 on Pompano Beach

Who/What

Ann Storck Center – a Fort Lauderdale-based private nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching lives of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities – is excited to host its 37th Annual Volleyball Challenge presented by CHEW (Custom Homes by Eddie Waters) on Saturday, June 10 in Pompano Beach.

The community event will feature a fun-filled day of volleyball, a live DJ, a raffle, prizes, lunch, dinner, beverages and more for a good cause. Co-ed 6’s volleyball teams are invited to participate in the beach volleyball tournament in open, competitive or recreational divisions. Teams must consist of a minimum of six players and can be a maximum of eight players. Players under 18 years old must sign a waiver.

Participants will also have the opportunity to enjoy an after party on the rooftop of the Tru by Hilton Pompano Beach Pier.

Sponsorship opportunities are available and range from $100 to $10,000. Individual tournament entry is available for $50 and registration for a team of eight is $400. Registration includes lunch and dinner.

Proceeds benefit Ann Storck Center, which accommodates 96 permanent residents and serves more than 300 clients daily through an array of critical care, learning and ability focused programs.

The 2023 Presenting Sponsor is CHEW (Custom Homes by Eddie Waters), and the Visor Sponsor is Parkshore Pharmacy. Beach House Pompano is the dinner sponsor.

Saturday, June 10

Volleyball Tournament: 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. and the event starts at 8 a.m.

After Party: 6:30 – 10 p.m.
