About Kassy Schuenke
Schuenke works with clients on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, capital markets and private equity matters. She provides strategic counsel throughout all stages of the corporate life cycle, with an emphasis on formation and organizational matters, commercial contract negotiation, corporate governance, and intellectual property assets. Schuenke has experience with capital markets transactions ad well as buy and sell-side public and private mergers and acquisitions, working in all phases of these deals including document review to drafting ancillary and primary transaction documents.
A graduate of Rutgers Law School, Schuenke received her B.S. from the University of California, Davis. While attending law school, she served as a legal intern with AccuWeather, Inc., assisting with tasks including auditing the trademark portfolio and conducting legal research on intellectual property issues. Schuenke also worked as a senior clinical student attorney at the Rutgers Intellectual Property Law Clinic where she provided supervised representation to the clinic and students and served as a liaison to the Entrepreneurial Clinic.
