Melinda Ghilardi Speaks at PBA’s Fourth Annual Federal Practice Institute

Munley Law is pleased to announce that Melinda C. Ghilardi participated in the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Fourth Annual Federal Practice Institute (FPI), the premier educational event for attorneys who litigate in federal court in Pennsylvania. The FPI was held at Melinda’s alma mater, the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. The full-day institute gave attendees an opportunity to hear directly from federal judges from the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, along with seasoned practitioners and professors of law. Using a hypothetical fact pattern, the Institute guided the attendees through each step of the federal court process while providing valuable practice tips and strategies. Melinda Ghilardi moderated a panel of lawyers and a district court judge who analyzed the criminal implications of the hypothetical fact pattern – the Criminal Conundrum.
