Schwartz provides strategic counsel to high-net-worth clients and their families on sophisticated estate planning matters with an emphasis on tax-efficient transfers of wealth to future generations. He is well-versed in complex estate planning instruments and presents clients with options and solutions throughout all stages of legacy planning. Prior to joining the firm, Schwartz was an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York.
After earning his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, Schwartz served as a law clerk for the Honorable Vito L. Bianco in the New Jersey Tax Court. He also received his LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law and his B.S. from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Schwartz currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Metrowest in New Jersey.
