Paul Lucas Joins Cohen Seglias as a Litigation Partner

Cohen Seglias is pleased to announce that Paul Lucas has joined the firm as a litigation partner in the firm’s New York office as we also enter into an of counsel relationship with downtown Manhattan-based firm Georgoulis PLLC, founded by Chris Georgoulis.

Jason Copley, vice president of Cohen Seglias, said, “Cohen Seglias continues its strategic growth in New York with the welcome addition of Paul Lucas and the re-establishment of our relationship with Georgoulis PLLC—this time as of counsel. Paul and Chris have focused their practices on representing tri-state area and national corporations in construction, corporate and real estate matters, and are excited to join our team and continue to provide excellent client service. We are excited to have Paul as a partner here at Cohen Seglias and to again work with Chris and Georgoulis PLLC.” Georgoulis of Georgoulis PLLC, formerly Georgoulis & Associates, was previously a partner at Cohen Seglias in 2013.

“I have known the Cohen Seglias firm and its lawyers throughout my career and have always held them in high regard. I am excited to expand my practice at Cohen Seglias and collaborate with my colleagues across the firm’s many offices,” said Lucas.

Georgoulis added, “I am pleased to re-establish our relationship with Cohen Seglias and collaborate with this group of exceptional practitioners on sophisticated construction and real estate matters.”
