Meyer, an award-winning architecture and interior design firm based in Ardmore, PA, celebrates the grand opening of Luxor Lifestyle Apartments Lansdale, a brand-new luxury apartment complex in the heart of Montgomery County. Developed by Westrum Development Co., the $28 million, 257,500 square foot multifamily project caters to Lansdale’s active community of young professionals with a range of dynamic amenity spaces and 211 units, with options for studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts.

Meyer provided comprehensive design and architecture services for the project, which broke ground in March 2021. With versatile apartment designs, The Luxor’s two-bedroom units can be converted into smaller studio or one-bedroom layouts, allowing the new building design to evolve in line with demand. Meyer’s team also crafted a variety of shared social spaces for residents, including a relaxed bar area, outdoor recreation and remote workspaces with open seating, private rooms and personal cubbies.

“Luxor is a place for the area’s young professionals to find community and make meaningful connections with their neighbors,” said Craig Hoffman, AIA, Meyer Project Leader and Architect. “We designed the space to reflect these values in a resort-style complex that promotes social and active living.”

In addition to the resident-exclusive lounge and work areas, The Luxor boasts a resort-style pool and sundeck, fitness center, yoga studio, dog park and outdoor courtyard for hosting community events. The project also includes a 140-car parking garage with ample space for The Luxor’s residents.

A nationally recognized leader in active adult and multi-family housing projects, Meyer has provided design and architecture services for other Luxor complexes in Bala Cynwyd, Phoenixville, West Chester and Upper Dublin. Meyer’s portfolio also includes housing projects in New York, New Jersey and North Carolina, as well as the renovation of Manufacturers Golf Club in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
