Rose Associates Appoints Jaclyn Pagnotta As MD Of Human Resources

Rose Associates, Inc., the New York-based multifamily real estate developer and manager, has hired Jaclyn Pagnotta as Managing Director of Human Resources. A leading HR executive, Pagnotta joins at a time of tremendous growth for the company and will focus on developing and executing on HR strategies and initiatives that drive and support organizational effectiveness, cutting-edge talent management, and large-scale complex change management.

With a solid history of supporting high performing cultures during rapid growth, Pagnotta, most recently, acted as Vice President of Human Resources for Allied Partners, where she balanced business objectives with HR policies to support 1000+ employees located in NYC and Miami, FL. She previously held diverse HR leadership roles at successful firms such as Empire State Realty Trust during the firm’s transition to a publicly traded company, and the urban agriculture start-up Gotham Greens during a period of rapid multi-state expansion.

A member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, and graduate of the City University of New York’s John Jay College, Pagnotta is recognized for creating human capital strategies that optimize operational efficiencies while advancing business performance and deeply passionate about employing technology, data, and analytics to identify emerging trends to drive meaningful HR and business advancements.
