Matthew J. Bellacosa, CPA, CFE is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner who provides integrity monitoring and compliance services. He received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz and his M.S. in accounting from Baruch College. He is a resident in the firm’s New York office.
Brandon O. Victor, CFE, CCA, GRCA has more than nine years of compliance monitoring and auditing experience. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Construction Auditor and a Governance, Risk and Compliance Auditor. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and is a resident in the firm’s New Jersey office.
Both Bellacosa and Victor have worked with a variety of clients including the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the New York City Department of Investigation, the New York City Housing Authority, the New York City School Construction Authority, and the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery, among others.
