City Safe Partners Announces Jordan West As First Recipient Of Its Inaugural Ruben Epps Scholarship Program

City Safe Partners, (https://citysafepartners.com/), a Harlem, NY-based elite security firm, announced Jordan West as its first recipient of the City Safe Partners Ruben Epps Scholarship Program. Named in memory of City Safe CEO Soyini Chan Shue’s father, the program awards $2,500 to dependents of full-time employees. The daughter of City Safe’s General Manager Jordon West, Jordan West plans to attend Fisk University, a historically Black liberal arts college in Nashville, Tennessee, this fall.

“This scholarship means the world to me,” shared Mr. West. “It allows Jordan to attend my alma mater and continue our family’s legacy as the fourth generation to attend this esteemed HBCU.”

“My father valued education and to be able to provide this opportunity – in his name – to a young person about to start her college journey means a great deal to me; it brings me joy,” says Chan Shue. “I know he would be thrilled that Jordan is the first recipient.”

“I appreciate working at City Safe and contributing to their efforts to provide a safe environment for all,” says Mr. West. “This scholarship opportunity is another reason why City Safe is such an exceptional company. They care about their staff and our families.”
