After going under contract within 63 days of marketing the listing, the buyer stated that “we are extremely excited to be entering the Waco, Texas market again. Skyler Cooper, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Mr. Cooper. Chris Gomes, senior managing director, and Allan Miller, senior vice president, in the firm’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.
Holiday Inn & Suites Waco Northwest is located at 1801 North Development Boulevard in Waco, Texas. The 122-room hospitality asset was built in 2008 and spans 2.8 acres near the intersection of Interstate 35 and North Loop 340.
