National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners Appoints Patrick Smith as CEO

SPARTA, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners, a leading provider of dementia care training and certification, today named Patrick Smith its new CEO and Brandon Kuchta as President. 

Co-founders Lynn Biot Gordon and Sandra Stimson, while stepping back from day-to-day active management, are continuing in consultative roles throughout a transition period. The move comes as NCCDP continues to grow its team and expand its offerings to the dementia care industry.

Patrick comes to NCCDP after serving as an executive for Teachers of Tomorrow, a provider of certification and training for K12 schoolteachers. Brandon has served as CEO of Analytical Technologies Group, as well as Boston Laboratory Equipment. He is a Co-Founder and Director of Seven Springs Partners, a company that invests in and helps operate small businesses.
