Hotel Revival Baltimore Welcomes Ramond J. Sneed As General Manager

Hotel Revival Baltimore, an award-winning hotel recently added to the New Waterloo portfolio of properties, has announced the appointment of Ramond J. Sneed as its new general manager. Sneed brings with him a wealth of experience in customer service and hospitality that aligns with the hotel’s purpose-driven priorities.

As general manager, Sneed oversees all aspects of Revival’s operations, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences, fostering community partnerships and driving positive social impact. His proven leadership and strategic approach are expected to further elevate Revival’s position as a premier boutique hotel in Baltimore.

In Baltimore, Sneed has solidified his reputation as an accomplished leader in the city’s vibrant hospitality scene. He has held roles at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Hotel and the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel, serving as director of operations and senior food and beverage manager, respectively. In his most recent role as general manager of the Sonesta Select Hotel in Arlington, Virginia, he demonstrated exceptional leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, earning the trust and loyalty of guests while successfully leveraging the hotel’s profitability.

Sneed earned his bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where he developed an understanding of the industry’s core principles and best practices. He then completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
