Catherine Harrington, Christopher Bowman and Katherine Wilson Join Miles & Stockbridge in Rockville

Teresa Azzam also joins litigation team as associate in Washington 

Miles & Stockbridge, a leading business law firm in the mid-Atlantic region, is pleased to announce that veteran real estate litigation lawyers Christopher B. BowmanCatherine B. Harrington and Katherine A. Wilson have joined the firm’s Rockville office. Bowman and Harrington are principals in the Litigation Practice Group, while Wilson is counsel.

Bowman and Harrington both represent commercial property owners and landowners in litigation throughout the lifespan of a lease. Bowman advises clients on lease interpretations, the negotiation of commercial lease modifications, workouts and amendments. Harrington drafts and negotiates construction contracts, listing and cooperative agreements for commercial real estate brokers, commercial leases, assignments and amendments and property management agreements.
They also offer counsel on day-to-day legal issues for their real estate clients, many of which are local outlets of companies with national footprints.

Wilson helps clients negotiate commercial lease modifications, workouts and amendments. She also provides general business advice and advises on property rights, mechanics’ liens, leasing rights and other day-to-day legal issues.
