Constellation Group, Boschetti Group, and Vietmar hosted the grand opening of their sales gallery for Ella Miami Beach, a 95-luxury residence construction inspired by Miami Beach’s art deco heyday of chic. The launch event was attended by David Leyte-Vidal from Miami-Dade County Mayor’s Office, brokers and investors for the development, as well as One Sotheby’s International Realty, the exclusive sales and marketing team for Ella Miami Beach.
Constellation curated a sophisticated vintage ambiance for the event, featuring a live jazz trio, a live illustrator for guests to picture themselves at Ella, decadent bites and desserts, as well as classic cocktails from the era including Gin Rickeys and Mint Juleps to give guests a taste of Ella’s refined charm.
The event culminated with remarks made by Daniel De la Vega, President of One Sotheby’s International; Eduardo Otaola, Managing Principal of Constellation Group; Ella architect Ray Fort of Arquitectonica; and David Leyte-Vidal of the Miami-Dade Mayor’s Office.
