Warp, a NYC-based provider of a Rust-based terminal with AI built in for developers to build software, raised $50m in Series B funding.
Key investors included Sequoia Capital, GV, Dylan Field, BoxGroup and Neo.
The money is primarily going to be used for building out the team.
Led by Zach Lloyd, Founder / CEO, Warp provides a new terminal app—software that lets users interact with their own computer, and others on the network, via the command line. Currently available for Macs, Warp’s software is a native MacOS app written in Rust.
