YMCA Of The Palm Beaches Appoints Philip Cambo And Thomas Hunt to Board

YMCA of the Palm Beaches has announced the addition of two members to its Board of Directors – Philip Cambo and Thomas P. Hunt. Both are active members of the community and supporters of the West Palm Beach-based nonprofit.

As CEO of Massachusetts-based Northern Tree Service, PhilipCambo brings extensive leadership experience and business acumen to his new role.Cambo is actively involved in renewable energy projects in Massachusetts and real estate investments in Florida. He is a member of the World Affairs Council of Palm Beach and the Coudert Institute.Cambo has taken an active role in the Y’s capital campaign initiative and serves on the organization’s Annual Prayer Breakfast Committee.

Attorney Thomas P. Hunt practiced real estate and corporate law for 38 years, serving as partner for the West Palm Beach office of Gunster, and more recently as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for SBA Communications. Hunt has served on a number of boards, including the Economic Council of Palm Beach County and Rosarian Academy. The West Palm Beach native is a graduate of Brown University and University of Florida College of Law. Hunt will be taking an active role in the organization’s Governance Committee.
