Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Jacobs has rejoined the firm’s Charlotte office as a partner in the Healthcare Practice Group. Ms. Jacobs was previously the chief legal and administrative officer for one of the nation’s largest independent academic orthopedic practices.
“Sarah’s leadership and managerial in-house experience will be a tremendous support for our healthcare provider clients navigating regulatory change, as well as implementing operational efficiencies, and we are delighted to have her return to Bradley,” said Bradley Charlotte Office Managing Partner Christopher C. Lam.
Ms. Jacobs represents various providers, including hospitals, health systems, physician groups and ambulatory surgery centers, in connection with regulatory, transactional, value-based and operational matters. She regularly advises senior leadership teams and provides strategic, workable solutions to day-to-day healthcare operational challenges. Her understanding of contemporary approaches to healthcare reimbursement allows her to work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement innovative models that align with and promote healthcare providers’ clinical, operational and financial goals.
Ms. Jacobs earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and received her B.S. from Vanderbilt University. While attending law school, she served as a summer associate with Bradley. She practiced at Bradley for several years before going in-house.
