
The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) has announced that Zachary Wallack, an associate at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, in Boston, Massachusetts, has accepted an invitation to join the IADC, the preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.
“I am honored to be a member of IADC,” Mr. Wallack said. “I look forward to connecting with the excellent attorneys in the IADC, and collaborating to develop innovative strategies to benefit my clients.”
Mr. Wallack is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who represents corporate and individual clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, in administrative proceedings, and at arbitration and mediation. He also counsels businesses involved in government investigations, including those conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, and various state agencies. In addition, he has significant experience with construction litigation, representing general contractors, subcontractors and property owners, and others in contract disputes, construction defect cases, and premises liability matters.
Previously, Mr. Wallack served as an assistant district attorney in the Suffolk County (Massachusetts) District Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Wallack received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from Syracuse University.
