Attorney Griffin has focused her practice on domestic relations for over fifteen years, appearing in the Probate and Family Courts across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire. Attorney Griffin advises clients from a variety of backgrounds to craft and execute litigation and settlement strategies tailored to the needs of each client.
Attorney Griffin is an experienced litigator, mediator, conciliator and Parent Coordinator. She focuses on all aspects of domestic relations law in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire including: divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, removal, adoption, as well as modification and contempt matters. Attorney Griffin also assists clients in pre-marital planning, including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, as well as in probate matters including guardianships and conservatorships.
In addition to her litigation work, Attorney Griffin is also an effective and knowledgeable neutral, acting as a mediator, conciliator and Parent Coordinator to assist parties in avoiding the cost of significant litigation, while still addressing a myriad of components of complex child custody matters, complex asset division and child support/alimony issues, and the careful crafting of detailed parenting plans that serve the best interests of children.
Attorney Griffin is also a participant in the Essex County ARC Program (Attorneys Representing Children), and has been appointed by judges of the Probate and Family Court to act as discovery master and special master, as well as Parent Coordinator and Guardian ad Litem.
