JRM Construction Management is proud to announce the completed renovation of The 92nd Street Y, New York located at 1395 Lexington Avenue in New York City.
The renovation spanned four floors within two connected buildings and included a new theater with a stage, Jezet stadium seating, Robbins athletic wood floors, Barbizon theatrical lighting and controls, a lobby, a dance studio, updated Terrazzo stairs, office space, and restrooms.
“The 92nd Street Y is a world-class cultural and community center where people all over the world connect through culture, arts, entertainment and conversation,” said Patrick Lees, Project Director, JRM Construction Management. “It was an honor to provide upgrades to this already stunning, traditionally Jewish community gathering spot.”
