Stepping into the role previously held by Patrick Duffy, Rice brings dynamic energy and a wealth of expertise to his new position. Rice has transitioned from his previous role as the Central Florida Executive Managing Director and Market Leader at Colliers. His dedication to delivering exceptional results has earned him immense respect from both colleagues and clients, solidifying his reputation as a highly regarded professional in the industry.
