Jirav, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a financial planning and analysis solution, raised $20M in Series B funding.
The round was led by Cota Capital. Other investors included Born Capital and Alumni Ventures and existing investors Information Venture Partners and Bluefish Ventures. In addition, Kevin Jacques from Cota Capital and Erik Asgeirsson, CPA.com CEO, will join the Jirav board.
The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate product development, broaden its customer base across small-medium businesses (SMBs), mid-market companies, and accounting firms while hiring talent to support its growth.
Led by Martin Zych, Jirav is a budgeting, forecasting, dashboarding, and analytics solution for small to medium size companies and accounting firms. Building on the expertise of serving over 4,000 companies and accounting firms, it empowers customers with real-time reporting and collaboration, so they can understand where the business has been and where it’s going. Teams can explore historicals and forecast bookings, revenue, workforce, expenses, and cash flows. Customer sectors span a number of industries across SaaS, technology, life sciences, CPG, e-commerce, services, and more.
