The portfolio, consisting of 434-units across three well-maintained and strategically located properties, includes The Farrington, Fountains of Edenwood, and Three Rivers. This acquisition further solidifies DSP Real Estate Capital’s commitment to expanding its presence in the thriving South Carolina market.

Additionally, the financing for the acquisition was secured by Phil Brannigan of Berkadia, navigating t capital market volatility to achieve attractive loan terms and loan approval from Fannie Mae.
