WSFS Bank, the primary subsidiary of WSFS Financial Corporation, is pleased to announce that Erica McMullen has been named Senior Vice President, Loan Review Director, reporting to Jason Spence, Senior Vice President, Director of Risk Management Administration. McMullen will manage the Bank’s entire loan review function, including for Commercial, Consumer Banking, Small Business and Small Business Administration (SBA), and Mortgage lending as well as leases.
“Erica has been a key contributor since joining WSFS,” said Spence. “She has 20 years of commercial lending experience, including leading commercial lending and underwriting teams, and we look forward to her continued efforts to support the Company’s success.”
Prior to her new role, McMullen spent three years as Vice President, Senior Credit Officer at WSFS, approving credit with appropriate business development Associates that complies with the Bank’s credit policy and risk tolerance, recommended appropriate loan structure and provided guidance on relationship strategies, ensured risk ratings were appropriately assigned, trained and developed underwriting Associates to ensure credit approval documents contain all known credit risks and mitigations, and more. She previously served in regional vice president, senior relationship manager, commercial credit manager and senior credit analyst roles, among others, at various financial institutions.

McMullen is a resident of Mickleton, N.J., where she lives with her husband and daughter. She received her bachelor’s in finance from Rutgers University. An active member of the community, McMullen serves on the Mid Jersey Chamber of Commerce Membership Committee and Women in Business Committee, and volunteers regularly with Team WSFS. She previously served on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Mercer County, as Chair of the Finance Committee for the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), and a member of the Hamilton Partnership.
