Maryland Gov. Wes Moore Sells 1920s Baltimore Manor for $2.5 Million

The governor of Maryland, Wes Moore, and his wife, Dawn Flythe Moore, have sold their Baltimore manor for $2.525 million.

Located in the Guilford neighborhood of the city, the nearly 8,000-square-foot residence dates to 1925 and “one of Guilford’s most treasured manors,” according to the listing with Lydia Travelstead and Alex Lerner of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty.

“Nestled on a double lot overlooking Sherwood Gardens, this property provides the perfect blend of modern design and historic charm,” the listing said.
