Drew A. Kristol and Kirk D. Olson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Miami-based private investor. The buyer, an affiliate of IMC Equity Group out of North Miami was also secured and represented by Kristol and Olson.
The property is located at 3825 W 16th Ave in Hialeah. The retail center is anchored by Cano Health, which occupies the entire second floor and two ground floor bays. Cano Health is a publicly traded healthcare provider headquartered in Miami offering primary care services, as well as specialty programs including: venous medicine, arthritis, allergy, and weight loss.
